The firm has represented a variety of clients in commercial litigation matters. Such claims have included breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), partnership issues, RICO, and alleged violations of the Texas Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other sections of the Texas Business and Commerce Code.

We have experience in all types of construction litigation, including construction defect, construction accidents, breach of contract claims, project delays, payment disputes, and the filing of mechanic’s liens and bond claims. Insurance Subrogation

Such claims typically involve fire or flood losses, construction defects, roof collapses, products liability matters, fire sprinkler failures, and other mechanical errors for which an insurer pays damages.

We handle claims involving alleged intentional or negligent acts which result in personal injury and even death to one or more parties. This includes premises liability claims, in situations in which someone is injured due to an alleged hazard on property owned by another. These claims include slip and fall claims, or other alleged negligence claims.
Automotive, Transportation, and Long-Haul Trucking
We have experience in representing insurers and insureds in automotive and long-haul trucking accidents in claims concerning property losses, medical expenses, and personal injuries incurred by the parties involved in such accidents.
Insurance Bad Faith
We represent clients in litigation concerning alleged violations of the common law and statutory duties of good faith and fair dealing, sections of the Texas Insurance Code, and the Texas DTPA.
Fraud/RICO
The firm represents clients whom have suffered a financial loss due to the fraudulent actions of another. Such actions sometimes violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which is a federal statute that prohibits certain fraudulent behavior perpetuated by two or more individuals.
