Paul Sartin is committed to making alternative dispute resolution methods available to everyone involved in a legal dispute regardless of circumstance.

Our mediation services are performed on a flat fee basis, regardless of the type of litigation or amount in controversy.

The full day mediation fee is $600 per party. 

The half day mediation fee is $300 per party.

In some instances, Mr. Sartin will agree to waive his medition fee in order to allow financially challenged parties an opportunity to resolve their disputes.  Please contact the firm to discuss such opportunities.

All mediation fees are due at or before time of services rendered.  The mediation fee is non-refundable, and due and owing as of the date of the scheduled mediation without prior written or emailed notice that the mediation is to be canceled.  No partial refunds will be given due to any party’s failure to remain at the mediation the full scheduled time.

Full day mediations and morning half day mediations begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.  Afternoon half day mediations begin at 1:30 p.m.

Full day mediations include a complimentary lunch provided by the Stoneleigh Hotel’s Bolla Italian Restaurant for parties and counsel, located one half block from our office.  Please click here (www.stoneleighhotel.com/restaurant-dallas/index.html) for the available menu.

One ‘party’ for purposes of the above fees, includes all parties represented by any one attorney.

Included in the above  fees are all mediation preparation, costs and expenses of The Sartin Law Firm, P.C.

Weekend or night-time mediations are available only on special request.

Any mediations performed on a pro bono basis do not include a complimentary lunch.
